Applications & Deadlines
Applications are accepted at various times throughout the year via the .
All requests are reviewed individually and require various coordination and approvals prior to a rental License being granted. This process can take time.
Applications must be submitted no less than 15 business days prior to the requested first date of use. If you require an answer by a certain date for marketing purposes, ensure you apply with as much notice as possible.
Once an application is submitted we are unable to provide status updates whit it is under review. Updates will be sent through the as they become available. Renters must respond to request for information within 10 business days to avoid processing delays.
Important Dates:
- Rental requests are currently accepted for dates up to June 30, 2027 and processed in a first come, first served basis.
- July and August 2027 requests will be considered in the Spring of 2027. Availability is limited, secondary schools are not available, and additional fees apply.
- Renewal applications for September 2027 to June 2028 will be accepted in the Spring of 2027 through May 15, 2027. Eligible renters will receive an email notification when applications are accepted.
- New applications for September 2027 - June 2028 will be accepted starting May 16, 2027, on a first come, first served basis.
Historical Users:
Groups that rented space in the previous year have first priority to renew the same dates, times, and spaces. Renewal requests must be submitted by May 15 at 11:59pm each year. Any changes to dates, times or locations will be treated as a new application. Eligible groups will receive renewal instructions by email each spring.
New Applications:
New bookings for the period of September - June rental period are accepted on a first-come, first, served basis starting May 16, 12:00 am each year.
Space available for rental during school closures varies each year due to district programs and maintenance activities. Rentals during these periods are considered new requests each year and do not receive priority to renew the same dates, times or locations.
All requests are reviewed together. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many bookings as possible until space is full. We cannot guarantee all requests will be approved in full.
Field rentals are reviewed as new requests each year. Returning groups do not have priority access to the same field, dates, or times, as field availability and community needs can change from year to year.
To be considered in the annual field allocation process for the upcoming school year, submit your request between May 15 at 11:59pm. Every effort will be made to accommodate as many bookings as possible until space is full. We cannot guarantee all requests will be approved in full.
Applications received after the annual allocation process will be considered based on any remaining availability.
Secondary school fields are not available for rental.
